ParaJax,
I am 19 years old and have lived in Jax all my life. I live in the westside (Normady Blvd). I never was much into the whole ghosts and spirits thing until my grandfather died recently. We were very very close and ever since he died I have had this strange feeling that he is still here with me. Sometimes out of nowhere I will smell cigar smoke (he always had a cigar in his mouth). Very bizarre things has been happening ever since he passed away, I just can't shake the feeling that he is trying to contact me. Is it possible for me to communicate with him? How can I be sure if it is him or if its just wishful thinking?

Dearest Steve,
We send our condolences to you and your family. I know how hard it is to lose someone close to you. It seems that your Grandfather must have had a strong connection with you to still want to be by your side. It could be that he is trying to comfort you as you mourn his death and letting you know that he is still with you in spirit.
Steve, there is no right answers here, but you must realize that if you are second guessing your disbelief in the concept of the spirit world, than there must be something more there. Your Grandfather is still with you, if you want to talk to him.....just simply do it. When you feel or sense him near you, speak and let him know that you feel him there with you. Most of the time, our departed loved ones come to us in our dreams. Every morning when you wake up, write down what you dreamt maybe he a message for you.
